Upload and Activate Included Plugins
1. DO NOT change any folder or file names as this can cause errors in the plugins.
2. Using an FTP client to access your web server host load all the plugin files and folders containing your wp-content/plugins directory provided by WordPress. For example, all the simple Embedded video plugin files must be wp-content/plugins/simple-video-embedder, all simple models Post plugin files must be wp-content/plugins/simple-post-thumbnails.
3. Access the administration of WordPress Control Panel.
4. Select the Plugins menu.
5. From the list of plugins available, click Activate next to the simple video Embedded Post Miniatures plugins.

Upload and activate the theme
1. DO NOT change any folder or file names as this can cause errors in the field.
2. Using an FTP client to access your web server host, and upload all the items to the folder containing your wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress. For example, all elements should be subject Folio files wp-content/themes/folioelements.
3. Access the administration of WordPress Control Panel.
4. Expand the Appearance tab, then select the items.
5. Of the available themes, click on the item title (or theme screenshot) for the topic you want to activate.
6. A preview of the item that will appear to click on the topic Assets “Item Name” in the upper right.
